Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of My Expense Manager (“the app”), published by Next Best Studio (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Your data is your responsibility

The app stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including data lost due to device failure, uninstalling the app, a failed or incomplete backup or restore, or changes to your Google Drive account. We strongly recommend keeping current backups.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade. All payments are processed and managed by Google Play Billing. Refunds, cancellations, and payment-method disputes are handled according to the Google Play refund policy. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Google Play. Your Pro entitlement is tied to the Google Play account you purchased with and will travel with that account across reinstalls and devices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with it except to the extent permitted by law, or by using it for any unlawful purpose.

No financial advice

The app is a tool for recording and organising your own financial information. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. Any calculations or summaries are provided for your convenience and you should not rely on them as professional advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Best Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above indicates when these Terms were last updated.
